We are always happily making the beer you Love hour after hour at our LOCAL BREW HOUSE in Olympia, WA. Established in 2023 by the Wilkinson Family, our stand alone production small batch Micro Brewery is 100 % Family Owned. Our Brewhouse is equipped with most of the same fixtures and equipment as say a 5 to 10 barrel brewhouse but smaller in size with a current maximum capacity of 2 barrels a day. The building was built specifically to house a small brewery so we are able to utilize the space efficiently. With production along one side and cleaning, sanitation and maintenance on the other side, the brewhouse works with a smooth linear flow, eliminating crossovers. solar and wind generated back-up power and cooling water repurposing for non-commercial applications being some of those efficiencies. For over five generations our family has proudly contributed to the industrial, municipal, forestry, lumbering and agricultural sectors in our great State of Washington. You can Enjoy our beers at Select Local Pubs & Taprooms around the Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater & Tenino WA Area's.

Our fresh Beers, Ales, Stouts & Porters are available in 1/2 barrel (15.5 gal) and 1/6 barrel "sixtel" (5.16 gal) KEGS.

This Bavarian Style Hefeweizen is crisp & creamy and a nice cold "Sunny Daze" Hefe is a true refreshing delight anytime Day or Night. So put on your lederhosen or dirndl and head out for a cold one. Prost!!
Grand Path Porter is a silky smooth Porter made with seven (7) grains and an inviting addition of ALORA HOPS, giving this English Style Brown a distinct complexity with palate pleasing notes from start to finish.
California Common Ale - Historically from Bavaria Germany and associated with the West Coast, made famous by Anchor Brewing in the mid 1800's. Called "steam beer" because grains were malted using steam heat. It is a unique hybrid beer style that uses Lager yeast and is fermented at warmer Ale temperatures, giving it a unique flavor profile of moderately rich malt character and dry finish, with bread, toast, caramel and slight graininess, but never heavy in flavor or aroma. A great Ale reminiscent of Octoberfest, Clean Rich & Malty with hints of biscuit-like flavor and a balance of clean hop restrained bitterness that you can enjoy all year long.
Irish Red Ale is a beloved style of pale ale that originated in Ireland and has a rich history.
Notable for its caramel maltiness with flavors of toffee, buttered toast, and roasted grains. It has a clean, medium-dry finish with no hop bitterness.
